How Flow Heal Infinitely was created

Some of you may remember when Heart Sync was the original name of this business.

Over the course of recovering from Transverse Myelitis and learning to work with what presented, Flow Heal Infinitely was born.

My intuition told me that reminding others about flow was important, especially in our disruptive world where we are constantly bombarded with information that is jarring and non flowing. 101 new dis-eases created everyday because people are not flowing, not listening to their intuition, constantly judging themselves and others and feeling imbalanced or inadequate.

Flow state is is a feeling where under the right conditions, you become fully immersed in whatever you are doing. This has been talked about in interviews of self actualised, high performing people. Giving your full attention to a task that you're passionate about and being immersed in it, is something we have all done at some time and we forget time, space, other worries, everything else. This can be experienced by painters, creatives, sportspeople, or anyone who is doing something in the flow. Meditation is also the flow state and we are focused on being here now vs something else. Whenever possible we should try to be in the flow, which is certainly challenging in this modern age of various gadgets and apps open at once, pinging us Going on long drives can also create a sense of flow. Do you remember those activities, and how you felt? Good feelings, happiness, clarity and focus are present. Alpha brain waves of 8-12 Hz are considered the flow state in crossover to Theta or 4-8 Hz. Prefrontal activity is reduced and there is less judgement about things and more instinctive action.

In the experience of going through TM, I learnt how to flow more in this state, in short bursts and to also flow with my life which had collapsed as I knew it. Normal everyday activities people take for granted were no longer normal or easy, and I had to work hard to achieve them, like walking etc…So rather than constantly beating myself up about it (there was certainly some of that too), I tried to take each day as it came and flow with the experiences I was presented with and cherish small positive things that many others might take for granted in their lives. Walking too went from rigid movements to a more flowing movement and there are aspects of the cerebellum and ventral lateral nucleus and anterior nucleus associated with fluid movements vs jerky ones. So these and other parts were optimised in the BodyTalk sessions that helped me recover and walk better, but there is an aspect of performing flow state tasks that encourages this too. Singing and painting and walking in nature and other flow state activities, listening to music and going on long drives, not only activate the parasympathetic nervous system, but also the flow state.

We are entering a time of more revelations and people do not realise that with more light on the planet, dark and light both reveal themselves, or the light reveals the dark. Both are present, and many are finding it difficult to deal with the revelations in the news and wondering what this means for humanity. Some of us have known about the movings of the dark for a long time and that this information was to be revealed imminently and that we would need to help humanity through this phase. Through the shock, the despair and the pain of everything that has been around for very very long time. It is not new information sadly. The abuse of children in a systematic way through all the systems that were supposed to protect them. It has happened a very very long time. This is why so many of us stepped away from the system and created things of our own. Do grieve and be angry about it and move through the process you are moving through, that is definitely part of the process we all went through, but also know that the best way you can help the situation is to up your self care, up your going within and accepting yourself and your own lives. The information is being pushed in your faces again and again to get a reaction out of you to harvest your energy. So knowing about this can help you temper your reaction and think about your next best course of action for yourself. Not to leak your energy to those that do not take care of it.
