" Bahar is a gifted practitioner. I am so glad i got in touch with her for help. I brought my son who has been diagnosed with autism to her, wanting her to work on his speech, social skills, behaviour, food aversions and general well being. As he wouldn’t sit still during sessions and had plenty of classes to do after school, we decided to try distant sessions with recordings. These worked wonderfully, and the results were just as good and in person and stress-free .

She listened patiently to all the issues we were facing with. After the first session i saw a huge difference in my son. He was more focused and calm. He was connecting better to his surroundings. After a few more sessions i started hearing really good feedback from preschool about his focus and he was able to sit longer for table activities with more understanding. There were less tantrums and he was willing to cooperate.

The other changes i noticed was that his food aversions improved, and he was ready to eat far more vegetables! It was just magic! His sudden phobia of swimming pools was released and noticed by his swimming teacher.

I was given plenty of advice and support as to how to help him at home with his well being, and this has improved things.

I continue to schedule sessions now as my situation changes, with a new baby that causes some jealousy issues with him. The constant crying of the baby would set him off and upset him. It was becoming very stressful so i asked for more sessions. I noticed that the dynamics and relationship between them, as well as for all of us as a family is changing and improving now. He is more secure, and its taking the edge off. He is able to spend 15 minutes or more with the baby singing a rhyme for him. The feedback from school which became worse after the baby arrived also improved. Every time we have a session things become better for my eldest in his wellbeing, his digestion, and his behaviour, and also in the dynamics between the family. I can’t recommend Bahar enough for all the support i have received.

I was also struggling to calm my second child and he was always having issues with gas and reflux, which had a knock on effect on all of us. I didn’t know what to do to help him. I scheduled a distant session and immediately noticed that he was calmer and less fussy. He wasn’t throwing up or cranky anymore, and he is now doing well with solids too.
