Ayurveda Wellness Packages
Ayurveda Wellness Consultations involve an intake process to assess the imbalances and understand the client’s lifestyle. This leads to a discussion on the desired goals and then steps that can be taken to achieve this.
At every step, the client and how they can best achieve this at the forefront, and reassessment of how to optimise their wellness.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE AYURVEDA WELLNESS SESSION?
90 minute intake to understand your lifestyle and ailments and dominant elements in your constitution and imbalances.
The initial consultation is to make a connection and really understand your needs-what do you want to get out of these sessions? Is it better energy and digestion, is it less bloat, less brain fog? This is about you. This is why the intake can take a little longer, as everything from then on is tailored towards this. We can only get you where you want to go by understanding where you are now, and what the current lifestyle habits and challenges are.
Thereafter we create specific recommendations , routines, remedies and practices that can support your lifestyle in a way that is digestible and practical.
Your questions, curiosities and doubts are addressed and worked with at each step of the way. This is not about getting you to follow something that feels like it will not fit for you, because it would be unsustainable then.
There will be assessment of the Vikruti or imbalances in the individual , and working on realigning the doshas or energies that are imbalanced, addressing the digestive fire or agni and the toxins or ama. We look at the state of the dhatus or tissue layers and the Ojas or immunity as well as malas or waste products. All of this is information as to what needs addressing, and prioritising.
We then have:
3 follow up sessions to check in and adjust recommendations, add new steps and practices so it feels comfortable, practical and doable.
Approaches are in nutrition, lifestyle, meditation, body yantra, psychospiritual approaches, health promoting herbal education, goal-setting work (sankalpa/dharma work), and designing preventative and complementary health routines according to holistic principles.
The emphasis is on education on prevention of imbalances, and addressing imbalances where they are to regain wellness on all levels of being using these life enhancing modalities of Ayurveda and other supporting approaches.
My way of working is to simplify and work with the tools around you first rather than getting you to invest in too many extra tools. These provide easier and more sustainable wins to you, and then move on to other tools when ready. Rather than offer general advice, the advice is tailored to your needs and constitution. It is a more individualised approach.
Support and encouragement are offered as a coach to help you achieve your most important goals.
We will meet online via Zoom, unless otherwise discussed. Virtual sessions are an effective and supportive way to connect across distance and produce high quality results.
You are welcome to schedule to a free initial chat to see if this is a good fit for you.
Ayurveda aims to get to the root cause of the issue and address all the layers whether physical, psycho-emotional to clear the path to greater health and happiness. Symptoms can be addressed like digestion or skin conditions whilst also delving into deeper self love and dharma.
One cannot truly fulfil ones dharma without addressing the needs of the body. If you haven’t slept all night and your body is screaming for relief, can you do your best at your work ? Everything is connected. Small, lasting changes are more effective than quick fixes.
It is not at all necessary to move away from the type of diet you love, or is ancestral to you to follow Ayurveda. You can incorporate principles of health in any type of diet and this may be more appropriate for you, than trying to follow something that feels unnatural because it will be more lasting if it's easier for you and feels good.
For example if someone loves eating burgers and sandwiches, there are smart and creative ways to continue doing this whilst also getting good nutrition. Nothing is necessarily bad, it’s all about finding creative ways to get the best fuel for your body.
The body recognises real unprocessed foods, so a burger can be made with any of these ingredients and still be nutritious as long as its not loaded with fillers, chemicals or ingredients the body cannot easily break down.
Conversely, allowing the body to have breaks from heavier foods where you do lighter meals , especially during the natural cleansing
phases of the year such as Spring and Fall, helps the body to eliminate toxins and function optimally.
Our aim is to work out what the best plan for you is so that you feel good and enjoy your meals, your routines and your life.
If you have any questions, send an email to arrange a chat. We can work in smaller packages of 4 sessions or larger ones of 8-10 sessions if you need more support and guidance. These can be weekly or bi-weekly so that you are fully supported. Other modalities like BodyTalk/Quantum healing and flower essences can be integrated into the sessions as needed. These can help with the pattern change and mindset/belief systems that often keep us stuck where we are.
One off sessions are generally not going to be helpful to create change, however if you want a short session to experience what it will be like this can be arranged too.

Meet Bahar -Certified Ayurveda Coach and Counsellor, Bodytalk Practitioner and lover of modalities that help us thrive
Bahar did not grow up with a holistic education or Ayurveda. She grew into these modalities after going through many health and wellness challenges throughout life, with no clear and useful solutions, namely the last 9 years of Transverse Myelitis, a spinal cord injury where no solutions are readily available to recover. Through this intense and deeply challenging phase of her life, she learnt many skills, some named here and some that only come with going through the warriors journey with no road map and little support.
She understands the challenges that life offers, and the difficulties with integrating holistic changes in modern life. She chooses to simplify where possible, to use the natural resources present around us first, and to optimise one’s wellness this way before adding “all the things”. This is why she works with the modalities of Ayurveda, BodyTalk, Meditation, holistic natural healing, Flower Essences and Yoga Nidra. She tried going through expensive treatments too at one point, but saw that the best results often came from the simpler ones during recovery. The key is to make the body and mind feel safe and heard before adding many things to one’s routine which can add extra stress to an already stressed person. She invites you to come home to your true self, beyond the labels and external projections. There are gifts within you that can be accessed as you clear away what is not yours. You can learn to flow with life and feel better.
